Re-new learner – Rahim Yar Khan

First take a re-new learner form the shop outside then dpo office and fill it.
After filling the form fill the medical form by the MBBS doctor.
After filling the medical form print your 3 passport size pictures and staple or paste on the form.
After that go to post office and take the tickets of RS 60 and paste on the form.
Attched your expired learner with it.
After doing all this procedure go to the dpo office with your file.
Be in queue and wait for your turn with patience.
That learner is applicable for 6 months.
